At this point the design is 90% complete. Costs are mostly known and the bones of the design are in place. However, to get construction ready we have two major things left to do before we sign the Build Agreement:

• Finalize chocies. Choosing cabinets, windows, floor coverings will allow us to dial in the final budget.
• Finalize documents. Here is where we get final architectural prints as well as any needed engineering or permits.
