Frome time to time, instead of taking on the full project, we'll be called in to help deal with specific parts of a project. On this home, which features an ICF foundation and 8" double 2x4 walls, we were hired to "get the project started." We did the foundation, framing, windows, siding, and roof. Once the home was safe from the elements, the homeowners took over to have fun finished it themselves. Though we can't help but go back from time to time to check on progress.
