It happens, all our kitchens get tired after a while. In re-working this small kitchen we gained storage space by taking the cabinets clear to the ceiling, adding a pantry cabinet, and moving the phone cubby area to the dining room. Meanwhile we refinished the oak floors and added a breakfast bar for the kids to sit at and do homework while dinners get prepared.
