These clients came to us wanting to add a guest suite in the attic above the garage of their historic Warm Springs home. Attention was given to make all the details of this cozy little space appropriate to the feel and historic nature of the building. The distressed beam work echoes the Tudor exterior. The flooring was quarter-sawn oak. The iron railing mimics railing in the house. The bathroom tile is reminiscent of the period.
